WHO WE ARE
UKUSA Inc. has grown to become one of the leading construction companies in the Philippines. In just 22 years, UKUSA has grown from a small team of 14 employees to more than 250 staff with extensive Sales, Engineering, AutoCAD, Quantity Surveying and Operations Departments to complete project coverage, from design to turnover and beyond.
UKUSA Inc. owes its success to the partnership between American businessman, Jack Teer and Maria Victoria Leano, a Filipina businesswoman. Together they have built a company that has established new industry standards providing products and services of the highest quality and using the latest industry technology. Their mission continues to be to provide high-quality, costeffective Performance Construction Products to the Philippines Building Industry to ensure a high level of technical integrity to all structures and installation work they are contracted to.
Recently, we have expanded our services to include comprehensive Fit Out Installations, renovations and new property development and construction.
Our goal also includes strengthening social awareness and professionalism in the construction industry, and to enhance the skills and work ethic of the Filipino professionals and tradesmen who work with us. UKUSA’s vision is to continue to grow to become a leader in the Philippines construction industry and overseas, to be the best at what we do and to help provide a better quality of life to the Filipino people.
